In Home Design
From the smallest nursery to your entire home, our In Home Design Services allow us to manage your project from initial meeting to installation. It’s the perfect solution for busy families for existing homes or new build projects.
Consultation: We meet to discuss your vision for your space and most importantly, develop an understanding for how the room will be used. We’ll present some initial ideas and ensure we’re on the right track with your style, the colours and schemes that you and your child love.
Design: Returning to the studio, a design board is created with our selections and recommendations for the space, based on our consultation. We’ll present our design to you (including 3D renders and Autocad drawings if required) and make any desired changes.
Quotation and Sourcing: Our team will gather all relevant pricing and quotes (including trades) and ensure the project meets your budget. Samples will be ordered and presented at this time, if required.
Delivery and Installation: Once agreed, we purchase all of your furniture and décor items and manage the delivery to your home. Our team manages all required trades. Finally, Belinda will coordinate the delivery any final items on an agreed day and time, to install your inspiring new rooms.
Bookings are being taken from February 2020.
All project tasks are charged at an hourly rate of $185 per hour + GST. A 3 hour, non-refundable booking fee will be invoiced at the time of confirming your project. All hours spent on your project (including phone calls, emails, meetings, travel and preparing concepts) after the first 3 hours, will be billed fortnightly.
